Our goal at The Urban Cyclist is to provide you with the highest quality cycling products at the best possible prices! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if, within 30 days of the original order, you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily exchange the item for another one of your choice to the same value, or offer you a refund, provided it is returned in original saleable condition.



If after receiving a product you decide it is not suitable you are welcome to send it back to us for exchange or refund. Please make sure that the product is in original condition (including its original packaging) and well packaged to avoid damage in transit.



Whilst all care is taken in the display of item colour, from time to time, and dependant on users technology, colours may vary slightly. If the item you receive from your online order does not match the colour expected please feel free to return or exchange the item.  



We try to stock the highest quality products available but unfortunately sometimes a product may not work as expected. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. In the first instance we recommend that you phone us on 021 849 998 as we can hopefully offer immediate advice to resolve the problem. If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.



If you need to return an item to us, please log in to "MY ACCOUNT" from the header of our website, then select "Return Request" from the menu on the left. Once the return has been approved at our end you can send it back to us.
